You need to rebuild the package in order to fix this. Symlinking is a very bad hack anyways. Do it properly :)

Hi, I'm getting the error:
garuda-settings-manager: error while loading shared libraries: libicuuc.so.70: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Also it seems just creating a link from libicuuc.so.71 to libicuuc.so.70 generates a different error, so there is some compatibility issue with the new libicuuc version. If it helps the error is:
symbol lookup error: garuda-settings-manager: undefined symbol: _ZTVN6icu_7013UnicodeStringE
