@mejin, Can you run python3 in the terminal? I think your installation of Python may be broken.

gdm-settings-git/meson.build:15:0: ERROR: <PythonExternalProgram 'python3' -> ['/usr/bin/python3']> is not a valid python or it is missing distutils

I think it's missing python-distutils-extra as dep

Missing build dependency on gobject-introspection and missing check dependency on appstream.

Tip: NEVER use an epoch if you can help it. Now you're stuck with it forever.
