@wlhlm: You were right ;). These scripts are from the upstream projects, however there was no Makefile, so I didn't bother to install them for myself. I submitted an Makefile, and these scripts should now be installed to /usr/share/getssl/ by default. Thank you for bringing this up.

@kbabioch Which official releases do you mean? The tarball from the Github releases page includes the scripts [1]. Also, the current source of this PKGBUILD includes them as well. [1]: https://github.com/srvrco/getssl/releases/tag/v2.00

@wlhlm: Do you expect me to include these scripts? They are in the git repository, but not in the official releases, so I rather not want to put them in. Can you speak to upstream, so they are officially included?
