The zip file URL doesn't seem to work for me, not even on my browser. Here's what makepkg -si spits out:

curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 403
==> ERROR: Failure while downloading

The download links for GhidraIcon256.png and LICENSE are wrong and produce an HTML file:

==> Validating source files with sha256sums... ... Passed
    ghidra.desktop ... Passed
    GhidraIcon256.png ... FAILED
==> ERROR: One or more files did not pass the validity check!

Use these links instead:

ashkan, that is a non-re-parenting window manager-specific issue, the fix of which should not be added to the ghidra package for use by everyone, since users of re-parenting window managers will experience their own set of issues when using Ghidra with that Java mode forced. The best solutions are to either continue using local Ghidra-launching scripts with the environment variable set (in the case of a single user environment) as you reported to have done, or setting the variable globally (in /etc/profile) for a multi-user environment.

On sway, dwm, awesome, and possibly other tiling window managers, ghidra starts blank without the environment flag _JAVA_AWT_WM_NONREPARENTING=1. Reference: Is it possible to incorporate this into the package somehow? I currently have a script redirecting to /usr/bin/ghidra which runs env _JAVA_AWT_WM_NONREPARENTING=1 /usr/bin/ghidra.

9.0.2-2 PKGBUILD breaks with cp: cannot stat 'ghidra-9.0.2': No such file or directory

Whitespace trimmed, thanks!

There is a bunch whitespace in PKGBUILD before package().
