Please install fish completions into /usr/share/fish/vendor_completions.d/ rather than /usr/share/fish/completions/ as stated here.

A directory for third-party software vendors to ship their own completions for their software, usually /usr/share/fish/vendor_completions.d;

this package totally needs fix for zsh completions! line 29 of PKGBUILD: change `.bash` to `.zsh` https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/PKGBUILD?h=gibo#n29
