@dreiek I cannot reproduce your issue.

the link works fine for me and downloads a zip file, the same for all the other gimp plugins

The downloaded file is an HTML file which shows contents from the online service dropbox.com. Not a ZIP file.

The ZIP file can be downloaded manually using the link shown on the webpage $url (http://slybug.deviantart.com/art/Layer-via-Copy-Cut-305728401), however, this link can only be used once and neither via wget nor via wget --user-agent ''.

Then it works (sha256sums are still correct).

Please fix the PKGBUILD somehow.

Seems the some-gimp-plugins website is gone .. but the plugin ZIP file can be downloaded from slybug at Deviant Art .. http://slybug.deviantart.com/art/Layer-via-Copy-Cut-305728401
