It requires python2-gimp package to run.

@teoretic It looks like you built/installed gimp-plugin-layerfx fine and had an error with gimp-webp-bzr, I think?

When trying to install this package, I get a No route to host error. I'm not sure if registry.gimp.org is down permanently, but a mirror of the codebase exists here: https://github.com/pixlsus/registry.gimp.org_static

For this particular plugin, the source appears to be here: https://github.com/pixlsus/registry.gimp.org_static/raw/master/registry.gimp.org/files/layerfx.2.8.py.txt
