Is this compatible with gimp 3? It should install into usr/lib/gimp/3.0/plug-ins/ instead of usr/lib/gimp/2.0/plug-ins/

.. the downloaded file is a HTML file, not a ZIP file ...

When Opening $url, the following download URL is shown:

(works for me if I download it manually via the browser)
