Well, actually the skia-sharp is included, but I'll move it to /usr/lib

@jonstelly You're right on skia-sharp, there should be there's should be skia-sharp that's included from the tarball, but you don't need dotnet-runtime-7.0 as the binary from tarball is a selfcontained dotnet application.

Are there missing dependencies here maybe? I'll try to narrow this down on a clean environment but I think I had to add dotnet, dotnet-runtime-7.0 (and maybe skia-sharp).

Got it updated. I'll create git-credential-manager-bin and do a merge request later. In the meantime I'm updating this package to v2.4.1
UPDATE: Sorry to but I need to postpone the rename/merge to git-credential-manager-bin.
