Hello, joekiller. I took a look into the URL you posted, but since this isn’t just an updated fork, but a full rewrite, I’d propose making a separate PKGBUILD instead.

Thanks for notifying. I’d actually been wondering why one hook didn’t run as of late. It appears that upstream has a PR open for this, but they seem inactive. So I’ve added the patch to the PKGBUILD for now, since the package isn’t much use otherwise.

This script no longer works out of the box due to a findutils update removing the long-deprecated "-perm +111" syntax. Adding this line to the PKGBUILD fixed it, though this fix should be submitted upstream, as "-perm +111" was first deprecated over 10 years ago according to the man page. sed -i "s/+111/\/111/" git-hooks
