I found this 'git-prompt.zsh' repository. This plugin is amazing man. It is exactly what I was looking for. I started 2 week ago using ZSH and I didn't want to use oh-my-zsh. The repo olivierverdier/zsh-git-prompt was good but it uses Python and if you keep pressing Ctrl+C, you get a beautiful keyboard interrupt exception :( I like you did it using a pure shell implementation. Thanks for sharing this code :-)

Hey, woefe.
Thank you for notification.
It's a good idea to add zsh to dependencies. Awk, btw, the part of
base
group and it's an extremely rare when it's not the part of the system :-jwoefe commented on 2019-05-18 22:17 (UTC)
This package should probably also depend on zsh and awk.
