It seems to me that we should upgrade nw.js that gitter desktop depending to. I'll make a PR to gitter desktop.

I have disowned the gitter package, Gitter as a client hasn't stopped to disappoint me, I will just use the web from now on. If anyone want's to pick it up from here, I wish you good luck and will try and help if needed.

I can't launch it anymore, I have an error about Fontconfig unable to load fonts.conf :

In gnome the app starts but when I close it will go to background and won't come from foreground.

Can you please update to v4, I guess there was a security vulnerability with v3 gitter. So v3 isn't supported anymore. Thanks :D

This package was moved to
gitter-binfor binaries provided by gitlab. Until this package gets no updates, use the mentioned one. I'm working on a PKGBUILD to build it from source rather than using prebuilts. Please consider some time before submitting a request.
