Hey everyone, I'm the author of the original GitTop (the Rust version). Since gittop-bin has been up since December, I’d like to claim the gittop namespace to provide the source-based PKGBUILD for that project, keeping things consistent with AUR naming conventions.

@hjr265: I created a package to distribute the project you created called "gittop-tui-bin" because of a conflict with another package called "gittop-bin". Therefore, as @m040601 already explained, I also think that package here should be renamed to "gittop-tui"! I also want to offer to let you be a maintainer of the package I created, if you are interested. I also added you as a co-maintainer!

Very nice interesting tool. Is it coded with AI/LLM assistance ? If so you should put that on the README.

Unfortunately there was already a PKGBUILD on the AUR using this name "gittop-bin" last December

Please rename this PKGBUILD from "gittop" to "gittop-tui" or even better "gittop-go-tui"

Some days later the "gittop" developer himself also created a PKGBUILD. Same tool, bad name for the PKGBUILD, should be renamed to "gittop-tui"
