Packages in the main repos are rebuild against GLEW 2.2.0, so I'm catching up.

It is not clear if GLEW 2.2.0 uploaded to SourceForge on 2020-03-16 is a proper stable release or a release candidate. Documentation inside the archive as well as on http://glew.sourceforge.net and https://github.com/nigels-com/glew says that current release is 2.1.0. The contents of the archive appears to match most closely the untagged commit 555aa3ffc0853614f37b1e113e53d14c317a6b4a.
This package will stay on 2.1.0 for now. But my current patch as is applies to GLEW 2.2.0 and appears to work. So feel free to test it at your risk. Also, shared library version is bumped, so you'll have to recompile the dependent programs.
