@bartus Added you as comaintainer. Will consider disowning after reviewing your revision. However, since mitsuba-git is the only remaining package depending on this particular version of glew, would probably be better to statically link. Then this package can be retired.

This is so correctly packaged that I have to patch all the shit depending on it.The glew headers are normally located in the GL directory and in this package, they're just dumped in the main dir, which results in all #include "GL\glew.h" directive to miss it :/

This is packaged correctly. Builds successfully without glu, which is hardcoded to be disabled in the Makefile. Development files are correctly installed to avoid conflict with extra/glew. To use in other packages, set environment variables to make build system aware of correct location.

btw. you are missing glu dependency 🤡

and glew.pc, glewmx.pc is outside of valid path

breaking pkgconfig base build scripts.

@bartus The original version of your comment was much more reasonable. I don't see what you hoped to accomplish by editing it to be more rude and demanding.

I will update this package within a time frame shorter than what you have previously established is acceptable.

This package has been updated. glew-1.13.0 is now a metapackage redirecting to this one. I will open a deletion request against it at some later date.

I prefer to keep this package (glew1.13) over the other one because naming aligns with extra/glew1.10, aur/glew1.5, aur/glew1.6.
