Not sure if you're still around and maintaining this package, but since only premake5 is available the PKGBUILD doesn't work. The premake4 files work fine with 5 so some of the paths just need adjusting. Did this locally:

bootil:

git clone https://github.com/garrynewman/bootil
cd projects
premake5 gmake
make config=release_x64

cd ..
git clone https://github.com/Facepunch/gmad
premake5 --bootil_lib="../bootil/projects/release_x64_linux/" --bootil_inc="../bootil/include" gmake
make
cp bin/Release/gmad_linux /usr/bin/gmad
