Done.
Like a lot of people, I don't always have access to the internet and sometimes, I do have access to it but it is slow and unreliable. This package lets me install and update GNOME Developer documentation as a regular package when I have access to the internet so that I can use the documentation offline when I need it (for app development and stuff).
