at all, I was wrong before. It only needsappstream
for the test, soappstream

Thanks for the heads up. When I created this PKGBUILD (although I didn't), there was not tag, so I had to use the previous solution. Now fixed, thanks

The
pkgver
should be generated by the tags. What you have there is the tag + the number of total revisions, not the number of revisions since the last tag. See VCS package guidelines.EDIT: Also,
appstream-glib
