Whenever I try makepkg -c on this, I keep getting:

Missing dependencies: python2-gconf

But, it looks like this package is supposed to provide this?

gnome-python needs python2-gconf so it can install python2-gconf... :-S

The Problem seams to be the download with the PKGBUILD, a manuel download shows the right checksum. I downloaded it in set the local path.

Hi, tks for the package. But it seems that 'makepkg' is somehow conflicting with the checksum. Even though I locally was able to see that checksum of the downloaded file is exactly the same as the one on PKGBUILD, it still conflicts.

I tried to find out why, but couldn't. Do you know what can it be?

Checking sha256sums failed:
