The dependency alt-panelmoded-git is unnecessary, it is required for gnome-tuner-panel-git, not for gnome-tuner-git

The dependencies are wrong:

  • gnome-tuner-panel-git depends on alt-panelmoded-git, not gnome-tuner-git
  • Both gnome-tuner-tweaks-git and gnome-tuner-panel-git require gnome-tuner-git to build
