Integration of the texi file in the archive has been asked to upstream. In the mean time, I release a package without info file.

The emacs dependency is needed to build the gnuplot.info file because the intermediate gnuplot.texi file is not present in this release.
I admit this situation does not satisfy me and I'm thinking about providing the generated info file in the package instead of building it (thus removing the emacs dependency). I have to verify it does respect the aur packaging rules.

I think you can remove the emacs build dep as the lisp package is now a separate project: http://www.gnuplot.info/ReleaseNotes_5_0.html

- remove the texi patch as upstream has been fixed
- explicitly generate the info file (info is not more a default target for make in docs/)
- symlink /usr/share/licenses/gnuplot to /usr/share/licenses/gnuplot-nox for better reflecting copyright applies to the software, not to the package, while keeping namcap happy (and quiet).

This package saved my life the other day, when I needed to use gnuplot
on my X-less system, and didn't have time to spare to create a
PKGBUILD myself. Thanks a lot for posting it!
