The problem is the link in the package. If you look into the downloaded file, you'll se that its not a firmwarfile but some html. If you change the link into the link to the raw file:

then its ok.

Added UQCN.mbn for HP un2420 (maybe, for lenovo too), but amss.mbn and apps.mbn for un2400 (my modem). Test it, pls.
Removed any other firmware.
