You should update the upstream url to https://github.com/Gogh-Co/Gogh . This is to prevent a package hijacking attack, talked about here: https://blog.nietaanraken.nl/posts/aur-packages-github-repo-jacking/. This particular package is mentioned in that article to be vulnerable to such an attack

wget should be added as a dependency. as gogh uses it to download its theme's. i did a fresh install and wget isn't included by default with base or base-devel. so i had to manually install wget.

If anyone is trying to use this with gnome-terminal-transparency, install the official gnome-terminal first, install gogh-git, then reinstall gnome-terminal-transparency. All the gogh profiles should be there.
