I've adopted this package.

I recently became the maintainer of google-cloud-sdk, which was updated in February 2018 to include the appengine-go component. It looks like this decision was made because this package had not received updates for over a year, although I am unsure of whether or not it was orphaned at that time.

I will be separating out the components currently included in google-cloud-sdk to separate packages. This will come with two updates to this package:

1) To update the version to that of the bundled component in google-cloud-sdk, and

2) To update it to the latest available version from Google

The wrapper scripts are in place in order to avoid conflicts with the other appengine packages.
