Well, it's building now, if nothing was changed it must be some kinda of desync of aur website and git, because it's actually showing a different version from what it was showing before. just noticed on the log it was trying to build 'r1536.b857dfe-2' (this was the version also showing on the AUR web for me) and on git it was 'r1538.1388868-1'. That's why it was not building. Now it seems that on both site and git it's 'r1538.1388868-2' and building successfully. ... go figure! :D

(off-topic: how about setting URL to homepage https://chromium.googlesource.com/breakpad/breakpad/ ? The current one is a bug tracker that doesn't help to provide initial information about what breakpad is) Well, it builds fine for me locally (makepkg) and, just now, with pacaur.

Well, it builds fine for me. I updated with the latest git revision, but haven't made any other changes.

@edgard: Can you please post your output in a pastebin website and paste its URL in here?

There is something weird with the package, cant make it build the current version b857dfe. After downloading, both yaourt and pacaur creates a packaged versioned 1388868, which then fails verification. Caches has been cleaned.

gcc-libs doesn't need to be specified in this PKGBUILD. gcc-libs is part of 'base' group, which is assumed to be installed in all arch systems. Besides, gcc depends on gcc-libs and it is part of base-devel group, which is also assumed to be installed (https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Makepkg#Usage) git doesn't need to be specified as well. This dependency is already covered, as depot-tools-git already depends on git.

Is gcc-libs required to run the installed package once it's been built? If not, the dependency should be moved to $makedepends - and if so, it should be removed entirely: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/PKGBUILD#makedepends

Should be fixed now.
