I will not update (for now) to the latest version 7.3.6.9326 because it crashes continuously for me.

Thanks, unfortunate timing then.

For reference, with Gnome shell / wayland I need to

unset QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME
unset QT_QPA_PLATFORM

to avoid

Google Earth has caught signal 6.

Maybe, the line "$CARCH" = 'x86_64' ] && md5sums[0]='' # google-earth-stable_$pkgver_amd64.deb is redundant.

guys I don't know what I'm doing wrong, can someone tell me please what should be change in PKGBUILD to run google-earth-stable_7.1.1.1888_amd64.deb package? md5sums=('' # google-earth-stable_$pkgver_i386.deb 'c49e41e2c45802392cebdcb03633fd28' # googleearth 'e3c67b8d05c3de50535bd7e45eee728e') # google-earth-mimetypes.xml

@scorici: No problem, I tried inspecting the panoramio object and there is no data availabe, no errors or warnings in the console as well. When trying to reload the contents in the object/widget, it appears as if google default dummy-reports this as "error 404 not found." I am curious as to what the problem is myself. I personally have never heard of Panoramio until you brought up the problem, but maybe I will find out soon [=

@eazar001 Thanks! But sadly Panoramio still not working =(

For anyone having problems (as well as package maintainer) with md5 64-bit md5sum is: '82b179c2d4ff0f2eb40ebd5cfea27a1', and i386 is: '85655417a249712a9ccd452733d8234c'.

@agapito: md5sum is not wrong. Md5 is missing for #google-earth-stable_$pkgver_i386.deb. The i385 md5 is '85655417a249712a9ccd452733d8234c'. For now you can download the tarball, and makepkg -i after extracting. Edit the build and locate that line which has the comment and use that for md5sum if you are i386, otherwise run md5sum on the deb package.
