@Yugami, thanks for bringing this to my attention, I messed up the symlink commands, the latest pkgrel 1.9.0-2 should fix this.

usr/lib/libgovarnam.so is symlinked to "/home/user/.cache/paru/clone/govarnam-bin/pkg/govarnam-bin/usr/lib/libgovarnam.so.1.9.0"
I am guessing pkgbuild lines 29,30 needs changes.
