Thanks for your comments. Also now using $url in source=(). I'm only planning to track tagged releases https://gitlab.gnome.org/Salamandar/Reaper/-/tags so feel free to do a -git version for intermediate commits.

Are you planning to make the -git version too or I can make it? I already have a local pkgbuild pratically ready since I had seen that someone at gitlab gnome made a fork to port it to at least gtk3 but I missed the release of the stable version and renaming
