We previously tried symlinking to /usr/share/sway/scripts/grimshot, but that caused problems with version mismatches. Switching between sway and sway-git resulted in conflicts, for example, as well as switching (downgrading/upgrading) between versions of sway.

For the record, package sway already ships this as /usr/share/sway/scripts/grimshot.

Please remove xdg-user-dirs from grimshot and grimshot-git. It is not a requirement of grimshot (see source) and it's sole purpose is to force various directories into the user's home directory, which is often unwanted. At the very minimum, please make it an optional dependency.

Hi There, I see Sway as a dependency, this could be placed as optional instead of a "must-have" dependency, and Sway will no longer be forcefully installed on systems where it is not required. Thanks!
