Ok, thanks, I fixed the two typos.
About the odd thing, I've never faced this problem. It's weird. If, one day, you can reprodce that, I'm interested!

Now I get it to build, so thank you very much for your quick response and fix!
However, I found an odd thing. The first time I tried to compile on my notebook (which has the CC flag "-j4" set), it stumbled over a .cc file not being found, but I'm not able to reproduce that, so I guess it's just a fluke.
And just as an FYI: your PKGBUILD contains two typos: "Startig" instead of "Starting", not that it really matters :-).

I just tried to build it on a new vm, it works for me. Tell me if you have any problem!

Ok, I just noticed that I forgot some dependencies. The macro AM_GLIB_GNU_GETTEXT is part of gtk2-devel library, I'm looking now how I installed it on my old system, I will modify the PKGBUILD as soon as possible.
(Also, there is a few error when build on Archlinux 64 from git now, I made some mistake and did not test before I pushed to github (too bad, I know). I'll correct that tomorrow, I promise !)

Fails to build on 64 bit Arch (with multilib gcc)
configure.in:111: error: possibly undefined macro: AM_GLIB_GNU_GETTEXT
