@Frikilinux Hi, this engine needs a patch in order to work with some applications (ex. jackbeat segfaults). The patch was send to equinox author yet, for now while upstream does not fix you have to add: sed -i "985 s_\(EQUINOX.*\)_widget \&\& \1_" src/equinox_style.c before make. Here you can find a working fixed PKGBUILD: http://aur.pastebin.com/vsJKAn6t C ya

@dapolinario, @fabiop, @haeger, thanks, updated to new version.

@fabiop: Yes, that's problem regarding the used checksum by the provided PKGBUILD. You can easily fix the problem by using the following command: sha256sum 121881-equinox-1.30.tar.bz2 sha256sum returns a checksum. This checksum must be inserted in the PKGBUILD file instead of the old checksum. You can do this with your prefered editor. If you encounter further problems please let me know. I will try to help you. :) haeger

I have a problem, the file doesn't pass the validity check. Is it a problem with the PKGBUILD or not?

Why not, while keeping the packages separate, combine the two PGKBUILDs?

I think it's easier and simpler to install the theme alongside the engine. Because the source itself is the same, adding another separate package only adds more unneeded complexity.

@zhuqi the themes included are in gtk-theme-equinox package http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=35807 I preferred them separate. What do you think?

Can you install those themes included too?
