I get the same error. Did you test it in a clean environment?

I get the error, that the sha512 sums are different

==> FEHLER: Integritäts-Prüfungen (sha256) unterscheiden sich in der Größe vom Array der Quelle. ==> FEHLER:Makepkg konnte gtk-sharp-3-mono-git nicht erstellen.
