It also needs wget as a build dependency, and ideally you should have optipng too as the arc-theme uses it (though it will still build without it, with unoptimised png assets).

I've tried to get hold of the current maintainer to update this, but so far I've had no luck.

Latest changes need some extra changes. Added sassc to the dependencies and made some changes so the package builds. My patch is not elegant, but at least works. Someone with better PKGBUILD and some bash wizardry could probably fix it, but this works for now:
