As seen on the following page https://gtsam.org/get_started/ can you also add intel-mkl as an optional dependency https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/intel-mkl/ and change intel-tbb to an optional dependency? cmake should also be a make dependency.

Upstream has changed to https://gtsam.org/ and their development is on github now (https://github.com/borglab/gtsam) with release 4.0.0. Can this information be reflected on this package?
