Desktop-Optimized GUI.for.SingBox (Rootless & Wayland Ready)

This package provides a pre-compiled binary of GUI.for.SingBox, deeply optimized for Linux desktop users (especially Window Manager and Wayland environments). It strictly adheres to Linux FHS standards to solve the common permission, networking, and appearance issues found in other packaging approaches.

Key Features:

• Zero Permission Issues (User-Space Data Isolation) Instead of forcing data into system-wide directories, this package uses a smart wrapper script. It seamlessly isolates all downloaded plugins, profiles, and configurations strictly within "~/.local/share/GUI.for.SingBox/". You can save settings and update plugins normally without ever requiring root privileges, sudo, or complex sysusers workarounds.

• Persistent, Out-of-the-box TUN Mode Includes a custom pacman hook and a dedicated installation script. It automatically detects and applies the "cap_net_admin" capability to the system's "/usr/bin/sing-box" core. This means TUN mode works instantly upon installation, and the permissions will automatically survive any future sing-box core updates.

• Smart Theme Integration (Wayland Friendly) Wails and WebKit2GTK applications often default to a hardcoded light theme on minimal compositors like Niri, Hyprland, or Sway. The wrapper script addresses this by automatically detecting your system's gsettings color scheme on startup and injecting the appropriate GTK portal variables, ensuring dark mode is respected.

• Clean and Safe Uninstallation Does not pollute "/var/lib" with user-generated cache or configs. When uninstalled, pacman safely removes the binary and system scripts while deliberately leaving your node configurations and rulesets intact in your home directory. The removal hook provides clear, safe terminal commands if you wish to completely wipe your personal data.

Note: This package requires the "sing-box" core to be installed on your system to function properly.
