Please remove v prefix from pkgver.

Hi there, I think there might be a packaging error causing an issue with the glibc-locales looking in the wrong place.

As a workaround for anyone trying to get the
make checktests to pass, you can run instead:sudo guix install glibc-localesas given by this thread: https://old.reddit.com/r/GUIX/comments/jpq1uw/bashminimal507binbash_warning_setlocale_lc_all/
