OK - I've fixed it. The problem was with my "Provides:" field because I told it the specific version of gvfs that it provides so that pacman didn't know this could replace the old version. I fixed that just by removing the version number off of the "Provides: " field.

I'm confused. It always conflicted gvfs because presumably gvfs was giving you an error message because it thought your hard drive was bluray. This replaces gvfs. I will install it to see what's wrong.

Not working now, it conflicts with gvfs now.

I didn't put libtool as a dependency because that's a core package that all Arch Linux users should already have. I got the dependencies from the original package.

OK @ppine, I have owned this package again and updated the PKGBUILD, but I'm not using it, so please let me know if it's working or not.

i still got the message, after adjusting your pkgbuild a little since a new version is out 1.22. it works good for me, also usb devices are recognized. ps, also needs to depend on libtool.

Please delete this package. I am no longer getting the error from gvfs that I was at the time I submitted this package.
I have disowned this because it's no longer needed and if installed while I'm not keeping it up to date, it will stop working and usb flash drives will not be recognized.
