KDE Plasma: System Settings -> Appearance -> Cursors -> Hacked-aio -> Size (selection dialog comes up with different colors and sizes pegged to a number.) Any other DE such as Gnome, I have no idea.

How can a specific color of this AIO be set? For example the black/grey one?
