Modified configure script which refers to the old jpeg library as libjpeg. Adding the following line to PKGBUILD just before ./configure will allow you to specify the name of the old library using the LIBS variable: sed -i '/LIBS="-ljpeg/d' configure

libgctp as separated package not work for compile ncl, fix conflicts with hdf-eos5 and for compile ncl

Hi @graziano, you are right, fixed make library libgctp as separated package for hdf-eos2 and hdf-eos5

libGctp.a from hdf-eos2 conflicts with same file from hdf-eos5. Both packages are needed for ncl.
