If anyone is getting mautrix.types.util.serializable.SerializerError: Missing value for required key event_id in StateEvent - downgrade to python-mautrix 0.20.8. heisenbridge isn't compatible with the newest 0.21.0.

It seems like python-async-timeout is required for this package, but is not specified in the dependencies. I had to install it manually to get heisenbridge to start.
