For some reason, downloading the zip file directly and putting it in ~/.cache/yay/hikvision-mvs/ directory helps. Just open the source link for the download.

Later you can do the following: 1. cd ~/.cache/yay/hikvision-mvs 2. makepkg -si

It not working:( https://www.hikrobotics.com/cn2/source/support/software/MVS_STD_GML_V2.1.1_220511.zip returns 403
