Build breaks on hostapd 2.12 rebase; new comment above #vlan_file shifts context for hostapd-fhs-config.patch. Also needs defconfig copied to .config before verify_config runs.

Could this be adjusted to not conflict with the general hostapd package? Similar as it is done with the hostapd-wpe package?
