Hello, I can't keep it up to date as I am myself using the LTS kernel (for which this package is updated to) and there were significant changes between 6.12 and 6.14. Since this is not standalone but rather replaces hp-wmi I risk breaking one or the other. What can I make to split these packages instead? I can try publishing a new package for each Linux LTS release instead (so one would install

@cousteauche why don't you make a new aur package named hp-omen-wmi-fork-dkms and omen-rgb-gui
this aur package can be edited to install dkms modules for 5.17 to 6.14 so it does not make sense to edit its source field

@cousteauche - nice work man, but unfortunately im not the maintainer for this package and neither do i have enough experience with how AUR works to follow your instructions. but thanks for your work anyways :)

@playergamespro - i have updated module to 6.14 and created a nev version based on kernel 6.14 mainline module with added rgb support, plus frontend.

You need to update pkgbuild to have it point to my repo, this is example for the "new module": url='https://github.com/cousteauche/hp-omen-linux-module' source=("$pkgname::git+$url.git#branch=upstream-6.14")
I need to clean stuff a bit and upload pkgbuild for omen=rgb-gui
