You should install to /opt/hpgcc and not /usr/local/hpgcc.

Fixed the doxygen dependency when I brought it over to AUR4

This requires doxygen as a dependency.

I realized that the libraries were being dropped during packaging. While I was at it, I improved somewhat the organization and quality of the MAKEPKG.
