Why prefer this over hplip or hplip-lite?
In short, I created this for my specific use case.
In detail, hplip-minimal offers only printer drivers, which I believe is sufficient for most general users who just want to print some stuff. In contrast, hplip provides a full solution with a complete feature set for all supported HP printers, scanners, faxes, and network printing, along with GUI support (which seems unnecessary since you can use system-config-printer). Additionally, I found installing hplip-lite and then hplip-plugin to be excessive, as hplip-plugin supports other features as well. To simplify things, I use this package and recommend it for similar situations.

The package description (or a pinned comment) should state the advantages of using this package as opposed to using hplip or hplip-minimal.

@simona Elaborate it a bit more, post the part where that error popped up. Is the package installing or not?
