Would you like to add https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/laserMFP100/uld-hp_V1.00.39.17_00.33.tar.gz in this package?
This one will contain HP_Laser_MFP_111_117.ppd which can be used for modal like MFP 117w
I quick review this package, it looks like a update of https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/MFP170/uld-hp_V1.00.39.12_00.15.tar.gz.

I wasn't able to install this package with the default ftp:// source URLs, but everything worked fine when I switched to the equivalent HTTP URLs starting with https://ftp.ext.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers!

If you want to use the scanner, make sure that the smfp backend is listed in /etc/sane.d/dll.conf.

Here's a small improvement suggestion:
systemd-udevd[PID]: Configuration file /etc/udev/rules.d/48-smfp_hp.rules is marked executable. Please remove executable permission bits. Proceeding anyway.
