You are right, thank you. It seems upstream site is online now, but sourceforge does not want to give proper file. It offer to come later.

On the site (extensions.openoffice.org) from time to time there are problems. If you have a trouble, try in a few hours or several days.

It seems pkgbuild needs update. I've get a validity check error.
Also the upstream link is broken now.
