Adopted and bumped to 0.64-4. Changes: - Source updated from Fedora 27 archive RPM to current Fedora 44 build (via Koji). Same upstream dictionary content. - License string fixed to SPDX form (LGPL-2.1-or-later). - ur_IN is now provided as a symlink to ur_PK (Fedora dropped its bundled symlinks; behavior for users is unchanged). - Legacy /usr/share/myspell/dicts/ copies removed. Modern apps on Arch (LibreOffice, Firefox, Thunderbird, hunspell CLI) read from /usr/share/hunspell/. If anything depends on the myspell path, please flag and I'll restore it.
