technically speaking, yes, it's perfectly possible
however the choice to make all hypr-git packages depend on other hypr-git packages was made as the majority of issues that people encountered were caused by mixing git and non git packages (e.g. using hyprland-git with the last stable hyprutils), which often lead to issues
I sometimes think of going back on that, especially now that hyprland's development isn't as fast paced as it used to be. but ehhh idk

Would it be possible to replace the dependency hyprutils-git by either hyprutils or hyprutils-git?
