it doesnt depend on any time sync app anymore now that systemd can handle it itself. Use this https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Systemd-timesyncd

Now i2p is depending on tlsdate. Please add that dependency.

i2prouter.service "The dependency types RequiresOverridable= and RequisiteOverridable= have been removed from systemd." -https://github.com/systemd/systemd/blob/854c1123f5fb6704e900d34c0165360f77ce4ef8/NEWS Also systemd-timesyncd.service should be the default service for time syncing.

jedodi, if you havent already tried, try running the regular i2p pkg that builds from source.

When executing "i2prouter start" the service appears to be able to start (Starting I2P Service.... done (pid 359)) but immediately crashes. I have already reinstalled the entire system three times, I've tried JRE7 and JRE8 with the same result. I get this error: ==> Verifying source file signatures with gpg... i2pinstall_0.9.19.jar ... FAILED (unknown public key 85F345DD59683006) ==> ERROR: One or more PGP signatures could not be verified! ==> ERROR: Makepkg was unable to build i2p-bin.

thank you for reminding me of that, changed the i2p package but forgot this one, cheers

Sorry, skydrom, bad copy/paste. It should be: validpgpkeys=('2D3D2D03910C6504C1210C65EE60C0C8EE7256A8')

CurtisLeeBolin commented on 2015-03-07 17:43 (UTC)

skydrome, could you please add validpgpkeys=('F37CDAB708E65EA183FD1AF625EF0A436C2A4AFF') now that makepkg requires the key to be signed by the user if validpgpkeys isn't provided. Thank You. To others having trouble installing this: Frist generate a key: $ gpg --gen-key Then import zzz's key: (as listed at https://geti2p.net/en/get-involved/develop/release-signing-key) $ gpg --recv-keys 0xEE7256A8 Then sign the key: $ gpg --lsign 0xEE7256A8 You can now install i2p-bin in your normal way.
